The Supreme Court's ruling on the "Millionare's Amendment" will not hurt campaign finance reform efforts as it has limited application. Matching funds and public financing programs are still constitutional.
Should States With Drought Conditions Ban Fireworks?

Every year hundreds of wildfires begin with sparks from fireworks and cause millions of dollars in damage. Some Californian cities have banned personal fireworks because of the hot and dry weather normally associated with the Fourth of July holiday time. Is it time for States with drought conditions to protect themselves and ban fireworks?
